Red Galaxy Caridina Shrimp

The Red Galaxy Shrimp (Caridina species) is a visually stunning freshwater shrimp, prized for its vibrant red body accented with crisp, white banding patterns that give it a “galaxy-like” appearance. Its lighter sections enhance the contrast, making each shrimp a striking focal point in any planted aquarium.

These shrimp are peaceful, active, and ideal for nano and heavily planted aquascapes. They thrive in soft, stable water conditions with consistent parameters, making them perfect for dedicated shrimp keepers seeking a dramatic and colorful addition to their tank. The Red Galaxy Shrimp not only enhances your aquarium’s visual appeal but also contributes to a healthy, balanced ecosystem by grazing on biofilm and algae.
