Rabbit Snail Orange
Orange Rabbit Snail (Tylomelania sp.) is a striking and peaceful freshwater snail prized for its vibrant orange body and unique “rabbit-like” face with long antennae. Native to the lakes of Sulawesi, Indonesia, this slow-moving grazer adds both colour and character to planted aquariums while helping to keep surfaces clean.
These snails are excellent for community tanks, spending most of their time gently foraging across hardscape, glass, and substrate for biofilm, algae, and leftover food. Unlike many pest snails, Rabbit Snails reproduce very slowly, making them easy to manage and ideal for display aquascapes.
