ADA KUMU Ryuoh Stone
300g - 30~80mm
The ADA KUMU Ryuoh Stone is a striking hardscape material from the KUMU Layout Series, chosen for its cool tonal character and sharp, sculptural form. Each piece features dramatic ridges and pointed contours that resemble weathered reef formations, adding depth, texture and movement to your aquascape.
Sized between 30–80mm, Ryuoh Stone is ideal for detailing — perfect for refining transitions between larger stones, building elevation within a layout, or adding intricate foreground and midground character. Its angular structure creates natural shadowing and layered perspective, helping to produce a more dynamic and realistic underwater scene.
Beyond aesthetics, Ryuoh Stone also provides practical benefits. Its crevices and sharp profiles offer natural shelter for shrimp and small fish, while contributing to a more authentic, nature-inspired environment.
Water Parameters
Ryuoh Stone has a high influence on total hardness (TH) and a moderate influence on pH. In most aquariums this can be easily managed with regular maintenance and water changes, but it’s worth considering if you are keeping soft-water species or running specialised aquascapes.
Versatile by Design
Although perfectly suited to Nature Aquarium layouts, the KUMU series is equally at home in paludariums, glass display cases, and smaller accent compositions. Whether used as a primary textural feature or as supporting detail to larger hardscape stones, Ryuoh Stone brings refinement and structure to any layout.
