Oase BioStyle 75 Grey – Hang-On-Back Aquarium Filter

The Oase BioStyle 75 is a compact and versatile hang-on-back aquarium filter designed for aquariums up to 70 litres. Its sleek, space-saving design sits neatly on the back of the aquarium, making it a great choice for smaller tanks where internal equipment can take up valuable space.

Offering both mechanical and biological filtration, the BioStyle 75 helps keep aquarium water clean and clear while providing an environment for beneficial bacteria to establish. The adjustable flow rate allows you to easily control the water movement, from gentle circulation to a more powerful flow.

The filter comes supplied with three types of filter media — foam, fleece and activated carbon — providing comprehensive filtration straight out of the box.

Two-Stage Filtration

The BioStyle 75 combines mechanical and biological filtration to help remove unwanted particles from the water while supporting beneficial bacteria.

The included filter media consists of:

• Foam – helps capture larger particles and provides biological filtration.

• Fleece – provides fine mechanical filtration for clearer water.

• Activated Carbon – helps remove impurities and unwanted substances from the water.

Adjustable Water Flow

The water flow can be continuously adjusted, allowing you to tailor the filtration to suit your aquarium and its inhabitants.

This makes the BioStyle 75 suitable for a range of aquarium setups, including tanks containing fish, shrimp and plants.

Quiet Operation

Designed for pleasantly quiet operation, the BioStyle 75 is well suited to aquariums in living rooms, bedrooms, offices and other areas where keeping noise to a minimum is important.

Flexible Installation

The included adjustable spacer allows the filter to be securely fitted to different aquarium glass thicknesses, while the telescopic suction pipe provides additional flexibility when positioning the intake.

Its hang-on-back design also keeps much of the filtration equipment outside the aquarium, helping maximise the available space inside the tank.

Easy Maintenance

Keeping the BioStyle 75 maintained is simple. A filter cartridge replacement indicator lets you know when the filter media requires cleaning or replacement, helping you keep on top of routine maintenance.

Hang-on-back filters are a great option for smaller aquariums where you want effective filtration without taking up too much space inside the tank.

The adjustable flow also makes the BioStyle 75 particularly useful when keeping livestock that prefers gentler water movement.
