Staurogyna is a compact, hardy, foreground plant with intensely green leaves. It was found in the Rio Cristalino River in the southern Amazon. Its closest related species in the aquarium plant family is Hygrophila, but Staurogyne sp. differs from it with its distinct, cohesive structure and small, green leaves. When planting in an aquarium, the longest vertical shoots should be cut off. After this treatment, horizontal shoots will form the base of a new plant and will gradually spread throughout the aquarium.

Remove the plant from the cup and rinse the gel thoroughly under running water. Then divide into small (1-2 cm) clumps and plant at short distances. As it grows, it will form a uniform group of adult plants.
Plant from in vitro breeding - free from snails, parasites and algae. High-quality gel was used as the medium, so it is accepted very quickly in the aquarium.
